When we released Panic, our 1st IPA ever, it took Sacramento by storm. Several years and many awards later, it’s grown beyond our hometown to become a California staple. With its big hops and smooth body, Panic is an exceptional example of a West Coast IPA, featuring classic notes of grapefruit citrus and piney resin.

Pour is a hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is a decent mix of orange peel and mango fruity hops. Flavor is also a fruit rind with some grapefruit and mango. Nothing huge stands out but there is a nice fruity hop with not much bitterness. Pretty solid, fruity IPA.

Can. Light haze on this gold beer, thin pale cream colour head. Palate is light, mildly dry and has a nice fine crispness. Thin malts but with a good level of creamy sweetness. Hops are a good spicy orange, but never in your face. Pine and tropical fruits fit in beautifully. Light spicy finish. Super clean and drinkable IPA, light but flavoursome. Lovely stuff.

22 oz bottle poured and split. After game 14 of the year. Thanks Tcon for the share. Cloudy golden pour with a lasting fizz head. Spicy malt and grassy hop aroma. Flavor is medium bitter hops, malt heavier presence, and a lingering, solid hop profile. Cool finish. Overall solid. Another above average IPA.

Bottle to pint glass. Orange-copper with slight haze and white head. Mix of grapefruit and slight pine, dank aroma. Taste follows aroma but has a moderate high bitterness. I tend to brew my IPA with Simcoe and Amarillo....so I am biased on this blend and bumping it up a point or two. Could use some Falconer or any of the tropical fruit hops to give it a more modern take, but I enjoyed it.
