Keg at the Crown, Codsall. Light to mid-gold and clear with the tiniest ring of white head. Gentle citrus, white grape and pineapple aroma. Sweet taste, crisp and refreshing, some stone fruit mixed in. Gentle bitterness in the finish. Medium body with the tight carbonation on the lighter side. A good if fairly basic Joule’s beer.

Clear gold with a chill haze, a bubbly white head and a bright citrus and biscuit malt aroma. Fresh, cold and fizzy, zesty and refreshing with some chewy light malt on the down-low and a bitter finish.
