Hogan’s Draught Cider is a classic draught cider, bright, lightly carbonated and golden in colour, fermented from 100% fresh pressed cider apples. As with all our products no apple concentrate is used and we do not add sugars prior to fermentation giving our premium cider an authentic taste.

Hogan’s Draught Cider (4.5% abv) is a medium dry cider with a distinctive, appley aroma and some peaty notes. Well-balanced on the palate, Hogan’s draught has an abundance of classic cider apple tannins and a pleasing complexity.

Keg @ Urban Taphouse, Cardiff. Pours clear gold. Has a tangy, lightly sour character but lacks the fruitiness expected of a keg cider. Disappointing.

Cask @ Shepherd’s Rest, Hebden Bridge. Pale yellow with a carbonation. Slightly dry but has a full apple cider flavour.

Tap @ Cider Tap as "Hogans Draught (med/dry)", 4.5%. Clear pale golden with no head. Aroma is apples, fruit, wood and sulfur. Flavour is apples, medium dry, medium sweet, little sulfur and apple peals.

Draft @ Victoria, JDW, Victoria SW1. Pours a pale yellow color with a small fast disappearing white head. Has a fruity spicy apple aroma. Fruity fresh spicy apple flavor. Has a fruity spicy dry apple finish.

The importer brought this one to ChurchKey for a cider dunner, and according to both them snd the website, this is a new offering from Hogan’s. clear pale yellow color. Aroma of subtle apple flesh and blue cheese. Taste is fizzy bitter apples and blue cheese. Decent.
