A surprisingly sublime Belgian-style triple offering an electrifying blend of spicy aromatics balanced with a lively malt palate that is so good it’s scary.

22oz bottle poured into an Augustijn goblet (first time using the glass, won it at a raffle at the Flying Saucer KC 4th Anniversary). Head is small but long lasting. Clear slick golden color, not totally lucid. Aroma is definitely Belgian with banana and alcohol (moderate), so not over the top. Some Belgian biscuit and Belgian candi in the aroma but moderate and well within my toleration. Slightly stick and sticky mouthfeel. Flavor same as aroma, sticky Belgian malts, honey-esque, with a sweetness in the back end but not to sugary in the middle. Nice slight dryness in the middle with a slight bitter/herbal aspect. Bitter and Belgian biscuit maintain a medium-length aftertaste. Its American, its Tripel-esque and its well within the boundaries of what I like. Some light sediment at the bottom of the bottle but does not seem to be enough to represent bottle conditioning.

Bottle thank to drowland: Poured a hazy yellow with white colored head. Aroma is fruity. Taste is a mix of fruits and cloves giving it hops feel in the finish.

Bomber from Country Club Liquors. Nose is grassy hops, banana, slight cloves, and white bread yeast. Hazy urine yellow with a medium, lightly lacing, pale yellow head. Flavor is banana, white pepper, and light alcohol. Drinkable but not one I’d brag to people about.

Pour is a clear yellow with a average white head. Aroma is a nice big yeast and fruit. Flavor is about the same but equally as good. Lots of fruit esters with some clove coming up after the swallow. Not many American craft brewers but out a decent triple but this one was well above par. Very yeasty, fruity and tasty.

Draft. Amber beer with a cream colored head. Estery aroma with light yeast. Fruity ester and yeasty flavor with malt and light spice. Mediumn bodied. Fruity esters linger with spice, yeast, malt, and backing sweetness.
