375mL bottle drunk fresh right around its release.
As usual, it's bright, quite acidic for Hill and maybe not as Juicy as I'd like it to be. Given my absolute adoration of Self-Reliance, you'd think I'd like this more, but it seems just a bit too forceful, while the older bottles change but still maintain a strong acidity. That said, I haven't had a well-aged bottle, so will be opening this one or batch 4 sooner than later to see how they hold up.
