Sample at the source. Clear golden color, aroma of fruity yeast, sugar, crisp Pils malt and honey. The flavor follows, sugar element is low, no alcohol. Body is light with lingering yeast hints.

Belgian Beer Fest Boston. Courtesy of Mitch, thank you sir! Sweet start, with a bit more spiciness and fruitiness than your average tripel.

Our friend Robert brought this one back from a trip to Boston. +++ Sampled from a 22 oz brown bottle this beer poured an orange-peach color with a small creamy white head that lingered and left good lacing. The aroma was tangy table sugar, bread, pear and golden raisins. The flavor was dryish yet tangy with notes of table sugar, yeast, a bit of must, faint vague herbs and a moderate presence of candied golden fruits. The finish was medium length tangy and musty with lingering bread and golden fruits. Full bodied. Solid.

A hazed blonde ale with thick white head. A light smooth triple aroma with light lemon notes, coriander, signs of light oxidation, epsom salts. In mouth, a smooth candy sugar with curacao, bland and rather boring. On tap at Lord Hobo, April 4, 2010.

Pours clear gold into a snifter. Sickly white head recedes to nothing. Sweet brett aromas. Sweet , crisp yeast upfront turning dry in the dusty, alcohol burn finish.
