Pineapple Crisp is Green conditioned atop cinnamon sticks and literal buckets of pineapple purée. This treatment elevates its juicy pineapple aromatics while adding layers of sugary spice.
Pouring a glowing hazy yellow in the glass, Pineapple Crisp carries notes of overripe pineapple, passionfruit, fluffy caramelized pancake, and brown sugar–cinnamon topping. It’s a nostalgic treat that brings us back to homemade desserts cooling on the counter and slices from the bake sale table.
We hope you share this rendition of Green with someone who appreciates the simple joys in life!

Huh. Odd. Not bad, just much more pastry-like than IPA-like. Not getting a ton of hop, but rather lots of pineapple juice and a sweetness mixing with the cinnamon that certainly does remind of whatever pineapple crisp is assumed to be like.
Cinnamon! Less so pineapple and even less so hop, though there is good bitterness, a hint of pine and grapefruit with soft, succulent malts to balance the dryness of the cinnamon. It's a lot of cinnamon; there's no denying that. But I kinda frickin' love it. The juxtaposition of cinnamon and sugar is a classic culinary element and so it's not surprising that it works, in my opinion, even in the vessel of an IPA. I love this, but I can totally understand not loving it.

Can (7/28/26) shared by Chalumeaux--thanks, TJ! Opaque, dark yellow, ring of head, trace lacing. Aroma is citrus and pineapple along with backdrop of cinnamon, malt backdrop. Taste is strong cinnamon over citrus, mild pineapple, strong late malt. Smooth texture, soft carbonation, crisp, dry finish as taste with yeast and mild bitterness.

16 oz can shared by Chalumeaux. Aroma has you guessed it, pineapple. The flavor has a bread like malt element with pineapple and bold cinnamon. The flavor works a little bit, but then it kind of doesn’t. Bitter with cinnamon throws me off. Kind of odd.
