BIAB at William Stead JDW Cider Fest 2026. Bright golden colour, afew bubbles on top and aroma of apple, funk. Taste is appley, fleshy fruit, barnyard funk, orchardy with some drying tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry funky tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bag in a box at County Hotel Ashford JDW. Clear rich gold colour no head. Yes a decent medium dry cider. Some tanning some apple skin flavour. Some dryness. Apple juice. Yes decent cider
