A chaotic blend of Citra hops and Belgian-style yeast give this IPA aromas of passion fruit, a bright hop flavor and a plush finish.

Can, pours a cloudy bright golden orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out a decent mix of dank hops and Belgian yeast. Flavour is similar, with Belgian yeast, dank hops, and earthy dryness. Not overly complex but it works decently enough. Okay.

Many thanks to Chris for this beer! Nice fresh Belgian Wit nose with fresh hops. The beer starts fresh but not too deep. Belgian Wit with nice smooth floralness. Fresh, smooth. Not too deep but nice. Fresh floral hops in the aftertaste with nice typical Belgian Wit aroma of yeast, coriander and citrus. Nice.

Sample at the brewpub. Hazy bronze-amber color with a medium white head that diminishes steadily to a film. Partial rings of lacing. Aroma of hops, citrus and malt. Medium body with flavors of spicy hops, grapefruit and sweet malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a citrusy hops aftertaste. Above average overall.

Location: Draft at Blue Frog's Local 22, 6/23/14
Aroma: The aroma has some fruity hops and some Belgian yeast
Appearance: This one has an orange pour, an off-white head, and plenty of lace
Flavor: This one has a pretty hoppy flavor, good balancing spice, and a medium-plus hop bitterness
Palate: It has a clean, easy drinking mouthfeel, average carbonation, and a dry finish
Overall Impression: I found this to be a pretty nice, enjoyable beer. As a first beer from Ale Asylum, I'm pretty impressed. I'll happily try more from them.

(Thanks Chris "Budznsudz") Bottle. A- Caramel, bread, biscuits, sweet, fruits, flowers. A- Dark orange color, cloudy liquid, off white head. T- Caramel, bread, citrus, slightly sweet. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, bready finish. O- Lots of caramel and bread and very little bitterness at all. I’m guessing the year or so of age on here lead to this, but still a very impressive IPA. The citrus was pretty minimal but still there. I love Citra hops as well as Belgian Trappist yeast strains to this was a superb combination for me. I’d love to try some of this fresh.

Draft. Amber body. Frothy off-white head. Aroma of leafy hops, alcohol, toasted grain, tangerine, citrus, pineapple. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, watery/sticky texture, lively carbonation. Hop-forward flavor. Leafy, raw hop flavor is sweet malt backbone. A sweeter than usual ipa.

Bottle. Pours clear orange with a large pdf white head and great lacing. Aroma is citrus, grape fruit, pine resin, very nice. Flavor is the same, lightly sweet, a touch of bready malt, light bitter, resinous. Medium body, creamy mouthfeel. Nice beer.
