At Churchkey. Poured a very dark, brown-black color with a solid brown head. Aroma is a bit smoky, with a touch of oak wood to it. Flavor is pretty solid, smooth, enjoyable.

4oz pour is a watery translucent black with zero head. Nose is like a black chocolate cookie, vanilla, oats, toasted malt, light stale coffee. Flavor has some stale coffee, light sour cherry (def not infected), vanilla, wood, brandy, light red wine. Medium bodied, dry finish.

Draft. Very dark maroon color, thin briwn head, solid lacing. Aroma of vanilla, chocolate, subtle coffee. Taste is cocoa in coffee, with very subtle booze. The barrel tames this one quite a bit.
