Voici Hop Mist (vert), une toute nouvelle NEIPA à 6,5 %. Cette bière est généreusement houblonnée avec les houblons Krush, Superdelic, Citra Spectrum et Galaxy.
Notes de la brasserie : Un véritable panier de fruits tropicaux! Cette IPA déborde d'arômes de pêche bien mûre, de mangue juteuse, d'agrumes confits et de fruit de la passion. Des notes de raisin blanc et de petits fruits rouges viennent ajouter de la complexité grâce à l'assemblage des houblons Krush, Superdelic, Citra Spectrum et Galaxy. En bouche, son corps généreux et soyeux est soutenu par une amertume tout en finesse, menant à une finale éclatante où les fruits tropicaux

Hazy, golden colour with a tad orangy hue, a bubbly off-white cap, not lasting too long and minimal lace. Big tropical fruitiness in the nose with a little stone fruit and the citrus taking a back row. The fruity tropical notes continue in the taste, with a blend of grassy hops. There is also this herbal touch that is really unique to blend with the rest, but cannot put words to it. Just a really nice herbaceous note. Quite an interesting NEIPA with mostly tropical fruits and this intriguing grassy-herbal touch.

A hazed milky yellow ipa with a very thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, very nice. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, piney notes, light tropical fruits, grapefruit pulp, pleasant. On tap at brewery.
