On tap at the Windward Taco Mac. Clear straw colored, with a thin head. The aroma is lemons, caramel, and white bread. Very sweet and citrusy, with a good acidity, and light tartness. Medium to heavy body, very lively and carbonated, with a good creamy, silky feel through the finish. This is a simple, well-made, and delicious beer.

From notes sampled Aug 19 2010 at Eb’s Pours a fairly clear straw yellow color with a smallish white head that shows some stickage. Smells grainy and bready with a bit of sweet honey light pomme fruits and an earthy funky yeast edge. The flavor is light fruity and refreshing. Lots of bready and sweet honey like malts with light sweet fruits and an earthy peppery yeasty flavor. Medium to light body with a crisp bubbly mouthfeel. Great easy drinking light fruity Belgian brew.

Tap at Mugs. Pours a hazy, light yellow with a soft, pure white head. Aroma holds some lovely doughy bread notes, augmented by light lemon and spice notes. Flavor is reasonably sweet, with doughy malts, lemon, bubblegum and yeast. Light to medium in body with average carbonation. Finishes with fruity zest and dough malts, along with a modest dryness. Delicious.
