Can sample at a tasting at Dror’s place. Thanks Denny. Hay golden with a white head. Pleasant hoppy aroma - "green", dank, weedy and citric. Rather dry flavor with "green" weedy hops, slightly citric, and nice bitterness. Medium-bodied. Nice and fresh.

Can from Brewforia. Pours orange tinged gold with a white head. Aroma seems mostly floral with citrus backing, and the caramel is hard to find. Med body or nearly. Flavor is rather lush floral and grapefruit. Caramel is present, but hardly noticeable. This is hoppy stuff, but not harshly bitter. Good drink. Especially considering the ABV.

Hazy tan. The aroma has a touch of diacetyl, light caramels. Earthy, sweetish, no real hop flavour. Tastes a bit yeasty, too.

On tap at the brewery. Rather dark, bitter, malty and robust for a pale. hefty, but good. I like pales a little lighter and crisper though.

Nice hoppy pale ale, dark golden in color with thick foamy head. Decent lacing, aroma is hops, slightly sour malt. Taste is hops, bread, malt with slightly metallic finish. Not bad at all.

Can split at Endo’s house, thanks to Ben for sourcing this on his ID roadtrip. Lightly hazed golden amber with a thin off white head. Nose is caramel malt, light hops, bitter orange notes. Taste is malt forward, sugars, light grapefruit, orange pith, touch of hops. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light hop bitterness in the finish. Ok APA.

On tap at Fedora in CDA, ID. Slightly hazy golden pour with a lacy white head. Not much aroma here, but I’m getting some piney, citrusy nose. Bittersweet flavor. Flavors of pine and catbox. Thin body with soft carbonation. Crisp and refreshing but it’d be better with a bigger body and more carbonation.

Man, I’m digging these Payette brews. 12 ounce can. A rich floral hop nose, some biscuit. The flavor is a crisp hop flavor with caramel, light bitterness, very clean and very smooth. This is a tasty hoppy pale ale.
