Courtesy of BOLTZ7555. It pours clear copper with ruby red hues at the core and some nice legginess along the inside of the glass. The aroma is sugar sweet, marshmallow and berry to cherry like notes. The taste is rich sweet goodness with very little of the ABV showing. I get smooth sweet somewhat slick sweetness and honey unfolding to reveal fairy rich near nectar like berry notes. Great stuff.

Bottle. Pours dark ruby red cherry. Nose/taste of cherry, honey, vanilla and cream. Medium body. Finishes with creamy cherries.

This Mead pours a clear pinkish orange color. Slight coating on the glass. The aroma is sweet cherries and vanilla. Rich and slightly creamy body with flavors of mildly tart cherry, vanilla and herbs. The finish is fruity and floral with a lingering cherry aftertaste. Very good Mead through and through.

Cheers to the Chesseman! Bouteille partagée avec Askofficerfriendly. De couleur rosée laisse une fine couche sirop sur le verre. Arôme est sucré et fruité avec des notes de cerises et de fleurs laissant auguré un palais dans la plus pure tradition des hydromel et du miel. Palais est remplit de cerise et de miel, je ne ressent pas trop cette aspect crémeux pertinent à ’cream’ sur l’étiquette. Les cerises sont forts douces et ne laissent pas ces notes aigre qui tendent a parfois caractériser ces fruits. Au fini, des notes de sirop et miel qui collent un peu aux lèvres en laissant un long finit de cerise et ce goût naturel du miel. Un délice.
