Bottled. An amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of fruits, caramel, yeast, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and over ripe fruits, leading to a dry finish.

19/V/13 - 75cl bottle from De Hopduvel (Gent) @ home - BB: n/a (2013-490)
Note: shared with BelvidereIPA and our wives
Clear orange to amber beer, big off-white head, unstable, bit adhesive. Aroma: bit metallic, orange blossom, some chloride, orange peel, honey, bit zesty. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet sugary star, orange peel, little bitter, citrus flavours. Aftertaste: marzipan, orange peel, little bitter, caramel, sugar. Not bad, but it's starting to show signs of age.

Bottle from Beer Planet, Brussels, bottled 01/05/2010, 3 years old
It’s a slow gusher, pouring a cloudy amber color, with permanent perlage, and small creamy head, that initially was very fizzy. Mild aroma, some caramel and some sugar. Good body strength;smooth mouthfeel; it has some malt and caramel flavor, with moderate sweetness, light dusty character, very light fruitiness; the bitterness level seems quite low; the alcohol provides some warmth.
Nothing spectacular, but it’s still a pleasant drink.

Bottle @ Vilvordia Bierproef Festival, Jette, Brussels. Pours a slightly hazy amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty slighlty flowery aroma with hints of caramel. Fruity malty caramel flavor with some spicy hints. Sweetish malty caramel finish with some spicy hints in the aftertaste.

Off-white head, gone after scant seconds; fully hazy amber-orange beer. Flowery nose, some liquorice and other spices, peppery smelling. Sweet-spicy flavours, discreet ginger and it would seem some pearester. Well-bodied, but not really viscous or oily. Alcohol is very present in the aftertaste. Interesting, but not really outstanding.
