Poured into a nonic pint glass, the appearance was a light golden bronzed color with a bubbly head.
The aroma had some crisp citrusy hop bitterness with some light pine in the background. Light earthiness further in the background.
The flavor tried to blend the earthinss and pine to the malt character, still mostly stayed separated. Weird bready dry aftertaste, quick piney dry finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fair sessionability about it. Moderate carbonation. ABV felt fine. Appropriate bitterness for an AIPA.
Overall, pretty good AIPA worthy of having again, especially if the flavor could come together. I see potential in this one.
