This is a sweeter stout – the milk stout aspect – with some light chocolate and oatiness. Probably a bit too fatty for me to drink more than one, as that element is pronounced, but a good sweet stout.

Growler picked up at La Bodega and shared with Dallas, Bonnie and Mike (for Breakfast) while standing on Lake Denali and taking pictures of Mt. McKinley in a foot of snow and a sunny 25deg outside temp
Appearance: Clear dark mahogany with a small tan head and spotty lacing
Aroma and flavors of roasted malts, grainy and coffee
Very nice, a little thin but this tasted great considering our location

Draft: Poured a light translucent black with a bubble tan head. Aroma is light malts and sweet milk chocolate, but light overall. Taste is sweet malts, milky chocolate, bit grassy grain. Not as smooth as I would expect for a breakfast stout.
