Aroma is moderate malty, moderate yeasty, barnyard, fruit, berry, cherry, tart, citric. Flavor is moderate sweet and acidic with a long duration, berries, cherry, barnyard, funky, citric, tart cherry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180512] 8-3-8-3-16

MBCC 2018. Red. Pedal to the Metal session. Keg. Light haze on this red beer, small bubbly pink head. Palate is light, dry and crisp. Floral candy cherry. Funky cherry. Little lemon tang and sherbet finish.

Bottle pour at MBCC 2018 Red (session Trois), 12/05/18. Cherry red with a well presented crimson cap. Nose is big on cherry funk, wood must, cherry pie, spruce, damp hay. Taste comprises oak, sharp cherry ejaculate, funk, damp wood, hay bale, barnyard bite. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a mellow lactic cherry nip. Nice tangy cherry sour.
