Pours a dark brown color with a off-white head. Has a sweetish malty caramel aroma. Sweetish malty caramel flavor with some fruity hints and bitter hoppy hints.

Trocken hellmalziger Beginn. 9/11/9/10/12/9

Bottle courtesy of bierkrug, thanks again for being my main supplier during this trip! Dark ruby reddish brown color, thin tan head. Aroma of lightly spiced butterscotch. Taste of burnt caramel or maybe creme brulee, but without an overbearing sweetness. One of the better bocks from this trip.

Bottled330ml. -Trade with shrubber85 (thanks Roger!)
Transparent red/amber coloured, small off-white head, malty alcoholic nose. Sweet malty, light dried fruits and hint of spices with quite dry finish. Alcohol is too exposed. Expected better beer.

Bottle courtesy of ogivlado who shared it with me after getting it in a trade with shrubber85 (thanks to both!) Poured a ruby-amber body with a small but persistent off white head. Ordinary malty, somewhat sticky sweet nose with light alcohol. Dryish grainy-toffee taste, (medicinal) alcohol-driven, very light cherries dipped in alcohol. Hop bitterness near the end and in the aftertaste. Odd overall, like a doppelbock version of a sake. Dry.

Bottle. Sweet cherry/orange malt and light astringent aroma. Clear chestnut color with large tan head. Sweet light cherry malt and moderate astringency. Drinkable but very light especially style-wise.
