12 oz. bottle purchased at Trader Joe’s Portsmouth, NH. Color shows a light copper color with fast disappearing head. Aroma is pomegranate seeds and dry dusty wheat.
Flavor is light sweet berry through out the sip with malted wheat and a weak yeast finish. The body is watery thin and displayed a light syrup type texture. Syrup is the only way to describe the texture but it is not a real great description because of how watery it really is. To me it tastes like some sort of berry extract but... They say this is all organic. One sample and I will never return.

Strong yeasty barley nose with an unripe berry accent. Bubbly clear amber, thin head. Yeasty tart pomegranate flavor. Doughy wheat finish, not too harsh. Exactly what it purports to be. Solid, refreshing.

Pours clear golden yellow with a small white head and no real lacing. Aroma is wheat, grain, a touch of spice, fruit (pomegranate). Flavor is the same with light sweetness and no bitterness. Light bodied. Meh.

Well, its about what you’d expect. Light bodied, a little wheaty, with strong fruity overtones. However, there was at least an interesting tartness to the fruit that was kind of funky, and if you used your imagination, you could almost think you had an unblended lambic in your hands. Not a very good one, but still. Near straw color. Side note: why does the commercial description make such a big deal about the acai addition, but the beer is named only after the pomegranate?
