Draught @ CBC. Pours golden with an small offwhite head. Aroma of light sourness, barnyard, leather, dusty, grapes, little citrus. Flavor is light sourness, yeast, wood, barnyard, dust, leather, grapes, little lemon. Medium body, light oily mouthfeel, flat carbonation, light sour finish. 140516

CBC. Hazy golden without head. Aroma is sweet, malty, wood and barnyard. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate acidic. Dry and moderate acidic finish. 140516

[5/11/16] Draught at Koelschip in Copenhagen. Golden. Aroma of barnyard, cobwebs, fruits, oak. Tart flavor, oaky, funky, lemony, with some fresh fruits and a bitter touch in the finish. Medium-bodied. Great stuff.

Tap@Koelschip, Copenhagen (11/05/2016) - golden coloured pour with white head. Aroma and taste is medium sour fruity citric notes, grape, barnyard, bretty notes, light grass and floral nuances, hay, straw musty, dry tart finish

CBC ’16. Hazy orange with no head. Deep cellar funk on the nose, dank, cobwebs, citrus and tart fruits. Flavour is light moderate sour. Light to medium bodied with no carbonation.
