Bottle sample. Cloudy golden color, flat. Nice aroma of wet horse blanket. Taste is dusty overripe grapes. Very tasty.

Sampled from bottle at ’Proeflokaal De Prael’ during Carnivale Brettanomyces 2016, thanks to Bierkoning and Travlr for all those samples at this place! Clear, golden amber. Sourish, fruity and moderately funky aroma of lemon, gooseberry, rhubarb, hints of grapes and some barnyard. Very sour, quite fruity and moderately funky taste of lemon, gooseberry, oak, rhubarb and some oak, followed by a medium long, rather tart and quite dry finish. Thin to medium body, very astringent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice!

Bottle 750ml @ CBC 2016, Blue session, København
Pours hazy golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, farmhouse, tart, horseblanket, funk and classic gueuze. Taste is light to medium sweet and medium sour with a long dry, funky and tart finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

CBC. Hazy peach/golden with small white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, white wine and spices. Flavour is malt, fruit, white wine, spices, little sweet, tart, little dry and a little barnyard.

Draught @ CBC. Pours slightly hazy golden, no head. Aroma of sourness, yeast, wood, barnyard, tart fruit, green grapes. Flavor is rather sour, wood, dusty, barnyard, green wine grapes. Medium body, soft carbonation, light acidic finish. 130516

Flaska på CBC-16. Stiltypisk geuze eftersom druvorna inte märks särskilt mycket. Relativt funkig, påtaglig men ganska mjuk rund syra, gräs, grape, äpplen, fat, gröna druvor. Riktigt bra. Lovande start. Ser fram emot att prova mer i framtiden.

[5/13/16] Draught sample at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016. Blue session. Golden. Aroma of barnyard, oak, lemon, fruitiness. Tart flavor, funky, fruity, oaky. Medium-bodied.

CBC2016. Rötlich pinke Farbe. Geruch leicht säuerlich, rote Früchte. Geschmack säuerlich fruchtig, Trauben, rote Beeren, Holz.
