[5/13/16] Draught sample at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016. Blue session. Lovely deep purple. Huge aroma of cherries, some blueberries, funk. Tart flavor, delicate, with lots of juicy cherries and some berries. Medium-bodied. Wonderful.

Smakprov från flaska CBC-16. En annorlunda kriek eller kanske inte en kriek alls. Mjuk och rund, lite vinliknande, vaniljstång, vinbär, köttiga bigaråer, blåbär, fat, fuktigt lite unket trä. Tydlig men mjuk rund syrlighet. Spännande, unik, välbalanserad, komplex och riktigt riktigt god.

CBC 2016. Poured almost red in color, with a pinkish head. Ripe fruits, cherries, sourness, barnyard in aroma. Flavor was pretty much the same, nice balance. Cherries not that much dominating. Finishes off with a long tart finish.

CBC2016, dunkel rötlich pinkes Bier mit einer geringen weißen Schaumkrone. Geruch trocken, rote Früchte, Äpfel. Geschmack leicht säuerlich fruchtig, rote Beeren, Äpfel.

CBC. Deep red with a small white head. Cherry aroma with medicinal and funky notes and a little almond. Sweetish fruity and funky flavour with a nice sour cherry character, but also yeast and phenols.

Tap at CBC ’16. Clear deep purple with no head. Thick cherry aroma with red berries and a light funk. Flavour is light sweet and light moderate sour. Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Draught @ CBC 2016, Copenhagen. Pours deep red with a small pink head. Aroma of sour cherries, tart raspberries and some funky farmyardy yeastiness. Taste is smooth, heavy with berries, cherries and mild sourness. Finish is funky, tart and sourish with some blueberry juice and sour cherries. Pretty tasty.
