Sample at Ginger Man NYC. Clear amber pour with a medium thin ivory white head that dissipates steadily to an outer ring. Strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of roast malt, yeast and fruit. Light-bodied with flavors of toasted malt, fruit and earthy yeast. The finish is malty with a short fruity aftertaste. Decent overall.

5.2%. Draught @ The Ginger Man, NYC. Pours clear amber with small off-white head. Clear aroma of malt, hops, and, yes, real ginger. Bitter, hoppy flavour with touches of ginger and seaweed. Bitter finish. Low carbonation. OK. Quite different from all other ginger beers I have tasted, but more interesting than good in the end.

19.06.2013, tap @ The Ginger Man NY:
Small shortlasting head. Aroma is slightly sweet and spiced, caramel malts, ginger, grass, toffee, cloves, sugar. Taste is slightly sweet grassy, light malts, grass, hay, caramel, ginger, leafs, hints of spices and soil. Medium bitterness. Fair enough, but I’d prefer way more ginger in it.

On tap at Ginger Man NYC. Pours with a clear golden hued body with a small white head that lasts. Aromas are grainy, grassy, ginger, medium phenol and yeasty. Flavors are of ginger, earthy, peppery, grainy, spicy with a light sweetness. Strong ginger flavor, but no real burn (probably a good thing). Medium to lively bubbles, lower body. A bit of candied ginger lasting in the finish.

On tap at Ginger Man NYC. Poured a clear amber with an orange hue an a white head that dissipated completely. Aroma was full of ginger with a bit of sweet grain and bread backing. Flavor started with sweet grain but was quickly taken over by a strong ginger note that was backed by a bit of a bread note.

on tap @ the Ginger Man NYC, amber in color, aroma is some ginger and hops, i didnt think it was a belgian at all when I had it, sort of a hoppy brown ale more than a belgian, very easy to drink, the abv is good for a session beer but the sweetness from the ginger would get to me if i had more than one.
