Pours clear gold into a snifter. Off-white head recedes at a medium pace to hug rim leaving slight spiders. Pine and resin aromas. Full and well-balanced with caramel malts and pine from front to back. Lasting grapefruit and resin finish.

22oz bomber. Bronze-brown color, some haze, but I suspect filtration. Big foamy white head. Dry, sweet, hoppy aroma. Very nice IIPA. On the floral, bitter side, not overly syrupy and thick. Light and doughy on one hand, while lethally hoppy and bitter on the other. Otter Creek has really come correct on this one. You know you are in for it after that hoppy, salt-water, alcohol laced aftertaste settles in. Excellent World Class beer.

Sampled at Max’s American Beer Fest. Pours a translucent amber/gold with a frothy white head. Very hoppy aroma, perfume, pine, lemons and grapefruit. Flavors are heavy on the citrus fruits but also fairly sweet, pine, soap, a little salty. Buttery and sticky in the mouth. Goes down very easy for 10% alcohol.
