Pours a hazy golden orange color with a fluffy white head. Aroma is fruty, with touches of banana, cloves, yeast. Flavor is citrus, fruity tones, smooth. A very decent Witbier.

750 ml bottle. Gift from Greg at Birreria Paradiso. Cloudy golden yellow with big white head. Aroma of straw and citrus. Nice full bodied bright and yeasty flavor with a clean and crisp finish. Good stuff.

750ml corked bottle. Murky orange-tan color. Picked up at State Line Liquors in MD, no way to tell how long it’s been sitting on the shelf. The carbonation seems a little low, but the smooth creaminess really works for this one. Whereas a lot of other Double Whites have a rather detectable upped alcohol presence, this one is perfectly incorporated/covered. Mild aroma as well. Sweet, light on the palate, and creamy. Bare minimal hopping. Very sessionable and delicious. Doesn’t exactly blow me away like some Belgians, but it is really quality and recommended for fans of Wits, and Belgian Pale Ales. Gets better the towards the end with the yeast poured in.

Pour is a hazy yellow with a large white head. Aroma is a decent citrus with some light clove and corriander. Flavor is a bit mellow and barely there with some citrus fruit coming out but nothing like i though it should be. Finish get a little weak and watery. Nothing really good about this one and its very overpriced.

Thanks to André *MacGruber.* This beer has a beautiful yellow-golden color. Can only see shadows through it, while the beer just radiates and glows. The small head leads to a decent lacing. Aroma first starts with a sweat wheat candy but then there is this completely awesome aspect on the back end of the aroma. Its a short punch at the end of a peppery/floral perfume, its amazingly original and awesome. Taste is basically a similar sweet candy and a watery version of the peppery/floral perfume. All very nice, very easy to drink and the sweetness is not heavy at all. Basically. its esters gone wild in this Imperial Wit.
750mL bottle, plastic cork, Rodenbach GC smaller tulip glass.

Pours deep gold into a Shaker. Fluffy off-white head leaves spotty lacing as it recedes. Coriander aromas. Crisp with sweet/sour orange flavors.

Sampler at Cardinal Liquors, Frankfort. Cloudy yellow color. Even in my tiny glass, the surface shows interesting ripples of foam, light a light breeze over desert sands. Smell of lemon and a bit of sweat, or do I need to re-wash my hands? Somewhat rough and unruly, but then I didn’t know when sampling this was billed as an "Imperial" strength wit. My rating may be admittedly lower than the crowd’s but I’m just going by first impression.

This has the aroma of a Bavarian hefeweizen. Brilliant sparkling gold color with a white head that did not last. Full bodied. Creamy carbonation. Clove. Light Banane. Maybe some pepper. Or not. Very smooth. It finishes less than dry. Think about this. The banana is very subdued. Try to find it. It finishes sweeter than a hefe. Still. Think about it. This could be one of the best beers. A Wit? Probably not. Maybe it is unique.

Bottle. Pale, hazy golden amber with a whitish head. Slight orange and spice aroma with some backing malt and wheat. Creamy mouthfeel. Orange, wheat, and spice flavor that all linger. Medium/full bodied. Thirst quenching, but not as easy drinking as you start to want it to be (just a bit fuller). Was good on a hot day, but once is probably enough.
