On tap at the brewpub. Hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma of light salty Brett, lemon, wheat, light spicy, some banana. Flavour is medium sweet, banana, lemon, lemon peel, hint of Brett, spicy bitter finish. Light to medium bodied. Tastes a bit like IJwit from the old days, when all IJ beers had Brett. Not nearly as good though, not enough Brett.

Tap @ ’t IJ taproom. Cloudy yellow color. White head. Aroma’s: sweet, wheat, wheaty fruitiness IJ-yeast, just a light hint of funk. Flavor is moderate sweet, wheaty, spices. Medium bodied. Light bitterness in the finish. HArdly any brett detectable, which is good for me, but then again, what’s the point?

Sampled from tap at ’Craft & Draft’. Clear, pale golden amber with a thin, white head. Sweetish, yeasty-spicy aroma of banana, peach, vanilla and honey. Sweetish, yeasty-spicy, only minimally funky taste of banana, peach, honey and vanilla, followed by a short, yeasty-spicy finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice, but the brett has hardly any effect.
