Cask at In de Wildeman. Hazy deep golden colour, no head. Aroma of tart lemons, quite hoppy actually, not really sour or lambic-like, tiny hint of funk, pale malts, smells refreshing. Flavour is light-sweet, malty, dry, bitter citrus hoppy, lemon, tiny bit of tartness, light sourness with a hint of bleach in the short finish. Light-bodied. I liked it, except for the bleach/acetic stuff in the finish.

Cask @ In De Wildeman. Originally intended for the Brett Dagen 2013, but poured and Nederlandse Bierdagen. Pale golden color, cloudy. No head. Aroma’s from the glass: soft tart, light malty. Retronasal there’s brett, tartness and bitterness. Flavor is moderate bitter and moderate sour, but not really balanced, as if it doesn’t know which way to choose. Light bodied. Finishes tart and with a harsh, unpleasant earthy bitterness, quite dry. Interesting experiment, but not really succeeded.
