Bottle. Gusher warning. Hazy orangeish golden colour with a mediumsized foamy white head. Aroma is sour wood, some tart citrus as well as some funk and mild nectar. Flavour is funky farmyard, some citrus, mild grapefruity and some nectar elements with quite a big sourness in the finish. Funny enough it works this way too.

Slightly hazy orange color, good white head. Sour/tart aroma of grapefruit and zest, funky. Light to medium bodied. Funky wild yeast, barnyard, fruity notes and some grapefruity hops. Funky beer all the way. Intentionally? Rated 14.10.2012.

Bottle from beernavigator. Just two months left ’til due. A gusher and lots of foam when poured. Funky and yeast aroma pair with loads of citrus. Sour, lemon, funk, yeast, little bitterness or hop except the sour citrus. Refreshing and drinkable but probably not as i t was intendened.

330ml bottle. Hazy orangey golden colour with huge, frothy, fairly lasting, moderately lacing, white head. Floral hoppy and yeasty aroma has a funky touch, hints of roses and lavender. Taste is minimally sweet with a touch of dextrose, floral hoppy and yeasty, also a tart citrusy lime note. Slightly unbalanced and disharmonic.

33cl Bottle @ the Diest Bierfestival on 20th Oct 2012. Interesting to find a British style IPA from Germany at a small town beer festival in Belgium: I had to try a bottle. Clear, light amber body with a good but thin white head: any sediment stayed in the bottle. Floral and citrus notes in the nose and taste: pink grapefruit and mild malt sweetness as the beer warms in the glass again in both the aroma and taste. So, a mainly hoppy German IPA: would have stood up well to most UK brewed IPA’s I’ve had recently.

12/10/11/9/11/11

On tap at In de Wildeman. Hazy dark golden colour, white head. Aroma of loads of citrus, lemon, lime, some cat piss. Flavour is only light malty, citrus, sour lemon, lime, almost sour lemon and bitter hoppy finish. Very refreshing. Light-bodied. Highly drinkable.

On tap @ In De Wildeman. Golden golor, white head. Aroma’s of tropical fruit, citrus, resin, quite nice. Flavor is medium sour & medium bitter. Light bodied. Finishes dry but only medium bitter. I doubt that the sour flavor was intentional. Still refreshing though.
