Borefts. Clear brown with small beige head. Yeast and sweet malts with big funk and sour fruits, berries and a spicy vinegar touch. Also some dry resinous bit in the finish. Interesting but I'm not too into it.

Tap @ Borefts 2014, small sample. Slight hazy reddish brown color, short head. Aroma of caramel, bit dark bread, slight lactic funk, bit aceto balsamico. Slight tart in taste, bit sweet. The aceto balsamico is much more balanced than last years version and not at all overpowering. Much better for me.
