Aroma of vinegar, malts, tart dark fruits, oak, some subtle chocolate in the end. Flavour is light sweet and moderare sour. Smooth and a bit more balanced than the #1.

26.09.2014, tap sample @ Borefts:
Nice creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is mild sour-ish, sorrel, sap, oak, dark sour berries, burnt caramel, unripe banana. Taste is dry and slightly harsh, oak, sour grass, bark, sap, dark berries, grass, burnt caramel, hints of unripe banana. Medium bitterness, slightly dry and harsh mouthfeel. Meh, the first one was way better...

On tap @ Borefts 2014. A cloudy looking dark one, dark rust brown in a way and it has a medium sized beige slowly sidesticking head. Nice aroma. I actually can notice the balsamic here in a really gentle way (when I concentrate of course). Burnt sugar, it's malty and caramel sweet. It has hints of sweet fudge as well. Interesting taste. Yeah, soft balsamic, definitely a hint of vinegar. It feels thinned down and almost a little watery on the mouthfeel and it's gently soft prickling carbonated. Silo grass, something burnt. Really mild. Soft tart tail. Nice stuff. 26.09.2014

14th June 2016: Shrewsbury Beer Share, thanks Mat. What an interesting beer, I like Balsamic Vinegar so loved the ’injection’ it gave this brew. Dirty brown body with a tanned wispy head. Vinegar sour with a hidden sweetness and a soft woody trace: different and new concept for me.

330ml bottle @ Shrewsbury Beer Share, June 16, brought by myself. Thanks to MonsterMagnet. Pours hazy brown, small tan head. Aroma is balsamic-tinged oude bruin. Taste follows with a welcome crisp pickled tinge to the bruin character, lightly woody. Very good.

Borefts 2014. Clear brown spicy fruity vinegar. Goes very nice with the olives we’ve got. Backlog from 2014/09/26.
