Bottle. Thanks Raul. Nice, herbal, pineapple, tropical, fruit drops, leafy, dry. My first Israeli beer, and a good one.

Bottle at tasting. Aroma of malt, honey and bread. Taste has bitter grassy hop, caramel, pine, some citrus and bready malt. Not bad at all.

27-03-18 // shared with the local crew, thanks! Lovely stuff. I really like the green tea bitterness. Light bodied. Excellent.

“Dancing Camel Doc's Green Leaf Party“, Flasche (33 cl), “Gebraut und abgefüllt für die Dancing Camel Brewing Company, Ltd. durch BBF, Berliner Bierfabrik“, erstanden bei Hopfen & Malz, Berlin. - Gediegenes, kräftig gehopftes aber rundes IPA mit starker Laub- und Grasherbe. (Ausführliche Bewertung folgt.)

Thanks to Jinroh for bringing to the bottle share! Poured into a taster showing two fingers of shady brown head with low to medium filtration and amber/honey tones. The nose is very grassy with a lot of dry herbs i.e. cannabis. The palate is full bodied with caramel flavored malts on the first impression and a slight spice. Bittering hops show up for an IPA finish and linger and hints of hemp on the side.

Pours amber, bit of foam, hazy. Aroma is nicely fruity, hops there, not overpowering but just right. Fresh green apple. Taste is fruity, passion fruit, papaya, fruity but not sweet. Later hops come to the foreground more decisively. Very nice actually, nice fruits with herbal bitterness finishing up the beer. Really good surprise.

Thick white head. Lots of papaya and pineapple. The mouth shows some crystal malt, and moderate bitterness. A bit unbalanced, but not too outstanding.
