375ml bottle from Ciderlab. 2017 Vintage. Golden colour, white foamy head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of fleshy apple, cooked apple. Taste is tart, apple, sweetish & fruity, with some apple flesh, green apple, vanilla and citric notes. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry acidic tart finish. Quite drinkable.

Bottle shared with SinH4 @ hotelroom after Borefts 2018 Day 1. Clear pale golden color, no head. Smell and taste dried apple, dry apple peel, a bit more dry than the previous one (Moesj eikenhout), or similarly dry but with less depth / juice in the flavor. Ok though. 7-3-6-3-13.

Sampled from bottle at Borefts 2018, 2017 vintage, thanks for sharing! A little hazy, golden with a white head. Slightly sweetish, gently sourish, moderately fruity aroma of ripe apples and some pear. Minimally sweet, gently sour, quite fruity taste of ripe apples and some pear, followed by a short, moderately tart, rather dry finish. Thin to medium body, slightly astringent and moderately effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice!
