Bottle: Deep golden, unclear, creamy and stable lacy head; ; moderate fruity (strawberries?!) and herbal-piney nose, yeast and grains underneath; moderate to solid bitter flavour, accompanied by a slight but distinctive malty sweetness, medium bodied, pretty soft; lingering and lingering dry herbal-piney finish with certain fruity spots and not without a well balancing malty sweetness. I’ m not a fan of fancy german "craft-beer", but this one is a well crafted and very well balanced example…

33 cl bottle @ Der Meisterstück, Berlin. BBE 28.10.2016. Aroma is rather nice and sweet with tropical fruits and biscuits. Also resin. Flavour has nettles, tropical fruits and mild mineral tones. Some mild harsh bitterness in the finish. Good.

330 ml bottle from Biervana München, bb 28.10.16.
Amber, moderate hazy body, with a big, creamy, lacing, off-white head.
Aroma of citrus, grass, candy, some grapefruit, orange, biscuit.
Taste follows this, very citric, even a bit like lemon balm, with some more pine.
Medium, slick mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes bitter, medium dry, piney, zesty, citric, a bit grassy.

Tasty. Clean, straight citric, with nice grass notes and lovely pine notes in the finish. Really well made, refreshing IPA, propably my favourite one from Germany so far!
