So mega-hopped it will take you to hop heaven. We’ve used hops in the boil, more hops in the giant hopback, and added to that, an incredible amount of dry-hopping for that cutting-edge “hop bite.” Once you’ve tasted this unique beer, all others pale in comparison. 1.072 OG Classified IBU 8%ABV

Bottled@vPBF2012. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is grassy and floral hops mostly. Flavour is grassy bitter hops with some slight floral notes. This is just shite overhopped effing shit. No balance whatsoever. This is the kind of hops I feel is just so yesterdays (=overhopped) news. I need more balance into what I like with just more than doing the hops.

Bottle at "30 år av surt" on May 5, 201222 fl ozSlight bit hazy golden color, white head. Sweet, malty, hoppy, bitter taste. Lingering dry bitterness, taste is disturbed a bit for me by the bitterness, still very nice. Smooth mouthfeel, medium bitterness. White pepper aftertaste.

22 oz. bottle, pours a clear coppery golden with a medium white head. Aroma is pure piney and resinous hops, with some citrus and white oak-like qualities, with sufficient caramel malt backing. Flavour boasts truckloads of resinous hops, some pine notes and lots of chewy caramel malt backing offering a slight sweetness. No harsh edges with a perfect balance of hop punch and chewy malt. This is gorgeous.

Split a 22oz bottle with friends. Poured a clear, medium dark orange color, white fluffy head. Aroma is SO hoppy. Heavy on the tropical fruits and citrus. Woah! This was pretty fantastic.

22oz Bottle received in trade from TexIndy, thanks for the opportunity. Pours a clear golden orange color with a smallish white head that dissipates quickly. Aroma is filled with hops. Floral, pine and resin dominate. Tart fruit, apricots caramel and honey round the nose out nicely. Tastes like sucking on a hop cone, but in a good way. Pine and resin again dominate the flavor. Very little, if any malt makes its way to the surface. Grapefruit and apricots find their way into the middle followed by a long lingering bitter dry finish. Sticky resinous mouthfeel, medium body and carbonation. That is one fine DIPA! I’m not sure I can find anything to fault it on. Very well done.

Sampled from a 22 oz brown bottle this beer poured a bright golden color with an enormous foamy yellow-white head that lingered forever and left good lacing. The aroma was pine, mint, grapefruit, perfume and floral hops. The flavor was bitter and tangy with fairly strong notes of pine, grapefruit, lemon, vague spices and champagne. The finish was long, dryish, tangy and fruity with lingering champagne. Fairly full bodied. Nice.

Bottle shared with gordito. Pours a deep gold/orange with a nice frothy head and mild aromas of oranges and mild maltiness. Flavor is full of sweetness... a caramel and oranges blend with a little creaminess, mango and pine.
