A West Coast Double IPA
So mega-hopped it will take you to hop heaven. We’ve used hops in the boil, more hops in the giant hopback, and added to that, an incredible amount of dry-hopping for that cutting-edge “hop bite.” Once you’ve tasted this unique beer, all others pale in comparison. 1.072 OG Classified IBU 8%ABV

Bottle shared in London - thanks to Colin. Pours clear gold with a foamy white head. The nose holds anise, pine, semi-dry citrus, some spicy grass. Medium to big sweet flavor with moderate bitterness, loads of grapefruit, light pith, mild grass, hay. Medium to full bodied with fine to average carbonation. Nicely balanced on the finish, further grass, pale pine grapefruit, mellow pee, pale malt sugars, light bitter hay. Beautiful beer.

Bottle thanks to Nick, week old! Pours a clear orange gold with small frothy white head. The aroma is strong pine, hemp, resin, tropical fruit. Medium mouthfeel with fruity hop, light pine, resin, and light bitterness. Really enjoyed this one.

Draft - Earthy pine in a forest of pine, with a bit of tropical fruit. Clear gold and a rich but thin head. Skunky pine, spice, almost balanced but a big bitterness lingers with a bit of alcohol burn. Pretty awesome.

Thanks Eric! Enjoyed at 45F in a Tulip.
A - Nice depth of bronze golden orange. No head.
S - Heavy hop bitterness. Tons of pine, hints of grapefruit.
T - Very interesting taste. Up front, it’s very sweet. This is followed by a piney hop bitterness. Lots of astringent characters and nice sort of tropical pineapple finish.
M - Heavier body than expected, light carbonation.
O - This is a very drinkable IPA. The 8% is well hidden. I was told it compares to HFS. It doesn’t but it’s still very good.

Bottled 660ml (vPBF)
Clear orange color, small white head. Rubbery, citrus-resiny juicy aroma. Medium-bodied. Grassy, citrusy, resiny all over. Quite easy to drink anyway, not very robust maltyness. Warming aftertaste,

65 cl bottle @ vPBF, no BBE info
Aroma is rather hoppy and somewhat sweet with lots of fruits and some mango. Flavour is somewhat sweet with lots of hops, gooseberry bush and fruits. So hoppy that you find yourself breathing some hop aromas out.
