Framboise Boon is een bier van spontane gisting, bereid uit jonge Lambiek, gerijpt op houten vaten.

Aan dit bier voegen we 300 gram rijpe frambozen per liter toe, en een kleine hoeveelheid krieken.

De delicate lambieksmaak, in een perfect huwelijk met de fluweelzachte rijpe frambozen, maken van Framboise Boon een aangenaam rosé-aperitiefbier.

More raspberry lemonade than anything else. Tons of fruit, loads of syruppy sweetness. Unneccesary. At least low on carbonation, that's something. Tiny hint of wood, a little bit of funk... But overall just way too sweet, needs sourness.

Big raspberry and cherry nose. Dryish on the palate. Good carbonation but a tad lost. Not sweet. Fruity.

At home, bottle dated 2013. Lekker frambozensmaakje, limonadeachtig met maar een licht zuurtje, had wel pittiger gemogen. Wel heerlijk fruitsapje dit! Backlog from 2015/10/18.

0,375l from bottle at känguruh pub Vienna, shared by gf. Vintage 2013, BB 10/2018. red, clear color. Small off-white. Smells sweet, honey, raspberry, light malt notes. Light body, soft carbation, slick mouthfeel. Tastes sweet, raspberry, a bit acidic. Finishes with nice raspberry notes. Decent enough, nice finish, but overall both taste and smell are not fully satisfying. 7, 4, 7, 3, 14
