Bottle @ home. Leaving the sediment in the bottle it poured a clear dark ruby red color. A small but dense off white head with a thin layer retention. Aroma's of toasted malts, light vegetal, light sweet fruit. Retronasal there's fruity sourness, light sweetness, light tannines. Flavor is light sour with wood notes and light bitterness. High carbonation, gushing in the mouth. Light medium bodied. Short finish. Meh.

33cl Bottle, tfs Potje! Murky brown colour, beige head. Aroma of some oak, milk chocolate, yeast, some dried fruits. Flavour is sweet, milky, milk chocolate, fruity, light oak, yeast, bittersweet finish. Medium bodied at best. Not great to be honest.

Bottle shared at Borrie’s curry tasting. Slight hazy amber with huge beige head. Sweet malts, light spices, light milk, vanilla, sweet red berries, some grapes, sour red berries. Light sweet, bitter and sour. Just medium bodied with fizzy carbonation. Weird and not great but maybe even better than the non aged version.
