Draft at Kaapse 3 year anniversary festival. Hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma of tart light fruits, oak, vinous notes, tart grapes and light funk. Flavour is light to light moderate sweet and sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap at Kaapse festival. Hazy orange golden with small white head. Light funk, hay, lemon, light malts, quite some gooseberries and other sour fresh fruits. Light sweet and almost medium sour. Just medium bodied with low carbonation. Lovely and very close to lambic.

Clear yellow colour. Aroma and flavour have a nice mix of sweet and sour. The sharpness keeps it fresh. Fruity grapes.

Keg at BD Clerko. It pours lightly hazy orange - amber with a medium white head. The aroma is rich, funky, dirty, earth, damp leaves, farmyard, wood, vanilla, redcurrant, gooseberry, lemon sherbet and bread. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, funky, farmyard, musty, earth, hay, fresh floral, sour lemon, refreshing citric acidity, touch lactic, tannin and wood with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Good depth of flavour, yet well balanced. Pretty great stuff.

Keg at BD Clerko, 14/02/17. Very lightly hazed orange with a decent off white head. Nose is vinous, pissoi, lemon soaked straw, damp jitty, very lambic like, funk, wood must, hay bale. Taste comprises damp wood, granddads shed, funk, musty tones, barnyard, pissy lemon rinds, tarte green berry. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a tarte restrain. Solid stuff.

Fra fat på Cafe Sara (Oslo), jan-17: lett uklar, lys kobbergylden med flott skum som holder seg. Deilig, passe funky aroma og smak med sure bær, malt, snev av stall og urter. De sure bærene dominerer på en behagelig måte (akkurat nok maltsødme), og det resulterer i en smaksrik og elegant helhet.

Keg at the Hanging Bat. Pours hazy golden with a thin white head. Aromas of lemon, yeast, wild yeast funk, oak. Taste is vinous, lemon, oak, sour. Medium body. Sour finish.
