Nice light brown creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly sour-ish, dark fruits, sorrel, grass, oak, sugar, caramel, alcohol, dark malts, weeds. Taste is kind of sweet sour-ish, dark fruits, oak, sugar, sorrel, bark, caramel, sweet licorice pastilles, berry skin. Medium bitterness, dry harsh mouthfeel. Just way too sweet.

Draft. A black beer with a brown head. The aroma has notes of alcohol, roasted malt, and chocolate. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, alcohol, cherries, and chocolate, leading to a bitter finish.

Tap at WTF 4. Pours a dark brown with small beige head that lasts. The aroma is roast, wood, chocolate covered cherry, bourbon, vanilla. Medium body, rich chocolate, vanilla, cherry, nice sweetness, light boozy finish, very nice.

CBC2016. Schwarze Farbe, geringe beige Schaumkrone. Geruch sehr holzig, Torf, Eiche, röstmalzig. Geschmack intensiv röstmalzig, holzig, Wein, Eiche.

Draught@CBC2015 (as Old Cherry Bearded Lady). Black colour, small brown head. Aroma is sour wood, some mild liquorice, alcohol, mild chocolate as well as some cherries. Flavour is very similar, with the liquorice and alcohol sweetness coming through the slight sour/tart edge nicely.

As "Magic Rock Old Cherry Bearded Lady". Opaque black color, small beige head. Cellary, toasted aroma. Medium-bodied. Cherry, toasted malts, sweetish. Hides ABV very well but quite cellary flavor.

Tap@CBC 2015, Green Session - pours black with tan head. Dark roasted malty aroma and taste with prominent chocolate and cherries, some caramel, burnt brown sugar notes, some light vanilla, bourbon infused wooden nuance, sweet and roasted boozy finish.

Tap at CBC 2015. Poured a mahogany colour with a frothy broken tan head. The aroma is roasty malt, bretty yeast. The flavour is moderate sour, light bitter with a roasty, light smoke, cherry, coffee palate. Full bodied with flat carbonation.
