[50cl can from my local Lidl] An amber pour with a loose white head; grassy aroma; sweet malty taste with a grassy bitterness; then rather thin, ending with a sweet caramel finish. Not bad.

Clear pale amber / deep gold with a frothy white head and a grassy nose. Relatively sweet bready malt up front, light to medium bodied, bittersweet in general with grassy hop bitterness finishing things off

Review based on the BJCP2021 guidelines (style 4B). Can 50 cl - Batch L223 (BBF 11/08/2023). AROMA: initial medium-low metal aroma, followed by medium-low malty richness with a toffee-like impression, slight oxidation notes (cardboard). APPEARANCE: deep gold color and cristal clear. medium-low white head with medium retention. TASTE: initial low malty flavor followed by medium-low oxidation notes (cardboard). medium-low sweetness balanced by medium bitterness. finishes semi-dry to dry with a slight bitter finish. MOUTHFEEL: medium-low body with medium-low carbonation. slight alcoholic warmth. OVERALL: a festbier with some problems in the aroma and low malt presence in the flavor, starting to show age-related problems.

Can 50 cl. Pours a clear deep golden with a lacing, white head. Nose is mostly metallic. Medium body, sweet malts with a touch of caramel and again this metallic note. Low carbonation. Next to no bitterness. Drinkable. 140722

Ambar, de escasa espuma. Aroma tostado, notas de frutos secos y punto ácido. En boca cuerpo ligero, punzante de gas. Malteada, notas de madera e higos. Algo dulzona y empalagosa.
