From tap at Borefts 2017. Aroma is floral and quite candied with ripe fruity and herbal notes. Flavour is rather sweet with an above medium bitter(sweet) finish. Body is medium to full. Tasty sweet fruity floral-ish big beer to slowly sip on.

Keg at Borefts Day 1 22/09/2017. A clear amber brown coloured pour with no head. Aroma is sticky brown sugars, toffee pud. Flavour is composed of nice sticky brown sugars, maple, toffee, woody malts, very sweet, chewy toffee. Palate s medium sweet, sticky, moderate carbonation, chewy. Decent.

Full on. Fruity, but fruit cake fruity can feel the strength a little. Nice though.

Tap @ Borefts 2017. Blonde. Floral, slightly alcoholic aroma, hint of citrus. Perfumed, yet dry, floral flavor with a hint of citrus. A bit too perfumed for me.

330 ml bottle, mail order from the brewery. Pours nice golden, looking rather thick and having high viscosity. Not super foamy, just a few bubbles but otherwise looking relatively flat. Sweet malty nose, getting pears and apples, sweet yellow dried fruits. Thick and sweetish but that fruit character is quite spectacular. Tastes sweet, creamy and a bit slick. Medium bitterness making this beer feel quite light and drinkable regardless of its impressive abv number. Feels somewhat even light-bodied if that is possible. Quite decent, should probably forget another bottle of this into my fridge and see what happens in a year or two.

light amber color. Slightly sweet dried apricots leathery. Malty low hop. Alcohol well hidden. Time has helped this beer a lot

Borefts IX. Day 1. Keg. Hazy amber beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and smooth. Nice light malts carry caramel which goes well with some oaky vanilla. Brandy soaked fruits. A little floralness on the smooth finish. Nice.

Draught @ 9th. BBF 2017 [ 9th Borefts Beer Festival 2017 ] @ Brouwerij de Molen, Bodegraven, Netherlands. [ As Shiga Kogen / Hair Of The Dog Eckhardt ].Unclear - hazy matt medium orange colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, dough - wheat - wet something, pale malt, sweet malt, alcohol. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, sweet malt, dried fruit, spicy, dough, alcohol. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20170922] 6-3-7-3-14

Tap at Bungalow's 5th Anniversary. Tap at Bungalow's 5th Anniversary. It's a cloudy orange gold with a big malty sweet aroma. Full bodied and smooth though still too boozy, rich and sweet. Quite simple but quaffable enough. I'm glad I got to try it but I was expecting more.

Tap at Bungalow. Flat, gold, cloudy. Phenolic and sweet and boozy, oranges, peaches, honey. This should be interesting in time but kind of a mess now.
