75 cl bottle @ ISKTR’18
Aroma has some cocoa and minerals. Flavour has cocoa, minerals, some hayish tones and mild grapefruity hops. Also ash. Nothing much, I wonder where is the barrell here?

Black with thick creamy head. Aroma and flavour have a strong amount of green, grassy hop. There is a little bit of liquorice too. Quite a strong bitter finish.

27&28/01/2018 @home - 75cl bottle from L'Ermitage. Dark brown with small tanned head. Nose is roasted malt, some caramel, bit vanilla. Taste is roasted malts, some chocolate, hint of vanilla, some red wine, salted caramel touch, no wood. Barrel aging gave the beer some extra touches but no barrel at all. Very enjoyable beer however.
