On tap at the brewery. Pours a has a dry sour cherry with light grain and a bit of hay supporting. Aroma has a nice sour cherry with a slight dryness and a light sweet grain backbone. Flavor has dry sour cherry and a light funk with some grains and grass backing.
On tap at Taphouse CPH. Bright red with a tiny white head. Light funky aroma with yoghurt and red berries. Dry and tart flavour with raspberry and a touch of wood.

Backlog - fat på All In Beer Fest 2022. Djupröd med rosavit krona. Packat med körsbär och massor av fylliga mandeltoner. Oerhört gott och snyggt.

Keg at Fell Bar, Penrith. A pinky-red beer with a barely-there light pink head. It tastes of slightly sour cherryade that's been watered down a bit. There's a light artificial cherry flavour, a pleasant woody note and a light, refreshing tartness in the finish. I liked the woodiness and would have liked more of that, but apart from that I didn't think it was anything special. It seems I'm alone in that opinion though - everyone else in my group raved about it and it seems pretty popular here. But I'm standing by my nothing special. So there.

330ml bottle - Pours a cloudy reddish pink colour with a tiny thin palest pink head. The aroma is fruit and tart, sour cherries, musty yeastiness and citric notes. A moderately tart taste, sour cherry, cooking apple and lemon flavours with a light dry and acidic finish.
