Draught @ Bad Seed Beer Fest, Aalborg 2025. Pours cloudy red amber with a white pinkish head. Stone fruit, cherries, minerally. Very dry and funky. Excellent.4.0

Draft at Kernel Spa Road in Bermondsey. Top 50 for the style. Barely translucent dark red pour. Small white ring. Tangy malt aroma has notes of funk and cherry. Flavor mirrors nose. Earthy malt, funky yeast, sour cherry. Soft and drinkable.

On tap at The Rusty Bucket, Eltham. Nose is cherry drops, blackcurrant jam, strawberry Starburst, oak. Taste is an amalgamation of the above . Jammy sweet with a tart oaky edge.

Kurzrezension vom Vienna Kraft Bier Fest:
Trübes Rubinrot im Glas. Fruchtiger Duft mit kräftiger Sauerkirschennote. Im Antrunk frisch, feinrezent, fruchtig und säuerlich herb. Mittelkräftiger Körper mit feiner Rezenz, seidiger Textur und säuerlicher, leicht adstringierender Trockenheit. Im Geschmack und Aroma sauer-herb und fruchtig mit deutlicher Sauerkirschennote.

Аромат ягодный, но очень сдержанный, есть конечно вишня, но ее немного, есть дрожжи, намеки на компотик. Цвет вишни, пенки почти нет. Вкус в принципе неплохой но не скакать что яркий, и как мне кажется слабее запаха. Есть кислота компотика, ягодность в целом, конечно вишня но без косточки. Сильная карбонизация. Можно пить и получить удовольствие, но не больше.

On tap at the brewery. Pours red purple. Cherry, tart, lemon juice, minerally. Medium body. Classy.

330ml bottle as part of a delivery from the brewery and drunk at home. Dark brownish red, a tiny bit translucent, with a ring of khaki/pink head. Light cherry aroma, citrus, some fresh grassy character, slate. A bright, fresh tartness in the mouth, some funk among the cherry. Satisfying rounded finish with cherry candies remaining on the tongue. Light body, softly carbonated. Love this.
