Bottle. Black pour. Aroma of chocolate, smoke, peat, caramel, iodine, thick malt and oak. Taste has nice meaty smoke, peat, caramel, chocolate, roasted malt, oak, iodine and some coffee. Long bowmore heavy finish. Not sure how this is different from other bowmore ba molen stouts, but this is really well done and very tasty. Delicious.

Japie's private stash at Gekke Geit. Black with tan head. Massive chocolate malts, salmiak, charcoal, big bowmore peaty, robust but pleasant barrel notes. Over medium sweet, robust bitter, light seaweed/umami/saltiness. Full body, creamy feel & soft carb.

Bottle shared courtesy of Japie's private stash at Gekke Geit. Black with tan head. Massive chocolate malts, salmiak, charcoal, big bowmore peaty, robust but pleasant barrel notes. Over medium sweet, robust bitter, light seaweed/umami/saltiness. Full body, creamy feel and soft carbonation. Nice.

Bottle. Color: Black, thin light brown head. Taste: Dark roasted malt, under medium sweet, light hints of coffee and strong peated whiskey notes. A bit unbalanced, the bowmore is dominating. Nevertheless another nice imperial stout from De Molen.
