This is a nice funky saison, with a mild case of brett. golden, lightly cloudy, overly foamy and hard to pour, very carbonated. Sourdough notes all over the nose and flavor. Candied fruits, sugar, light phenols - the latter being the only thing I don't love about this beer. A hint of hops.

Bottle - classic Saison? - eh, not so much - enjoyable strong brett pale? - yeah, I’d say so - nose of white wine, pineapple brett, muskiness, pepper - full, lively carbonation in the mouth - a bit sweet, but that works well with the tropical fruit, pear, and white grape flavors - moderate spiciness and buggy funk late - spiciness and acidity, along with a lingering funkiness, subdue the sweetness by the finish - leaves dry, prickly acidity on the tongue - a brett tripel of sorts.
