Pours relatively clear blonde, medium sized, lower stability white head. Strong scent, typical Boon, full, fruity (peaches, pears, milder apple) , woody, very gentle. Taste is also typical for this Brewery/blendery. Full bodied, fruity (peaches, milder pear, traces of apple) . Dry, powerfull carbonation. Bit dry. mild tartness. Oaky. White-wine like minerality. Lovely classic that definately deserved a re-rate.

Dusty fruity nose. Nice head. Taste is tart, sour-fruits, acidic. Refreshing

Shared at 40 FT. Superb. Lovely acid. Funky. Like drinking wood-aged applejuice from an English farm.
