A Way Smooth and Silky IPA
With a certain thing we call a nice wheatly-esque-ish-ness, A Little Sumpin’ Sumpin’ is a truly unique style. Featuring a strong hop finish on a silky body, it’s a hoppy pale wheat ale that is great for IPA fans, but so smooth that hefeweizen fans dig it, too.

Bottle @ Fox and Hounds, Sønderborg. Slightly unclear golden body with a small white head. Pleasant and fresh aroma with light pale malt and citric fruit / American hops. Flavor is smooth light pale malt, hint of wheat, lots of citric fruit, peaches and moderate bitter. Medium body and refreshing aftertaste. Nice and easy, well made.

6er from the lcbo. Clear Copper pour, medium off white head. Aroma is piney, slight soapiness, sticky hop cones and some subtle sweet malts. Mouth feel is nice, are is a little soft than I’d like. Finish is clear, resinous, some crackery malts, actually a tad more than I’d like, this seems a touch stale. Again the lcbo kept something too long in the fucking lab before releasing it. This isn’t awful, but I’m sure it was quite better when it was fresh.

Bottiglia.

From tap at Amsterdam Beer Fair 2016. Aroma is piny hops, good pine resin, tropical fruits, grapefruit, malt, stone fruits with some peacy notes. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and above medium bitter with a bittersweet finish. Body is medium. Very hoppy and bittersweet with a malty backbone, rich stuff, very good IPA.
