500 ml bottle from Half Time, 12/12/23 (07.2022 bottle date). Darker reddish color with a tan head. Funky and tannic. Wood. Some dark fruit. Caramel and bready notes. Acidic. Nothing over done here. Doesn't hit you in the face with vinegar like some of the Flemish Reds do, which is a plus for me. I liked it.

500mL bottle, with 5.20 as date. Drunk 9/24/22. Mahogany to strawberry, clear. Small, dark beige head. Maltiness with mild oxidation and light cherry pit. Soft and well-aged. Vanilla, honey, mild lactic acidity. Light maltiness, soft honey, pinch of caramel. Vanilla with very mild acetic and moderate lactic acid. Light tannin and mild oxidation. Very easygoing and well-aged

Bottle. Pours red brown. Soft biscuit, toffee, tart, soft red fruit, strawberry, cherry. Lovely soft body. Great.

Thanks TimE for sharing the bottle! Taster showing deep amber with sparse colored foam. The nose shows moderately intense acetic notes of brett and light oak. The palate is well carbonated and light bodied. Moderately tart with light acetic notes of oak and cherry.

Bottle: pours dark amber with a white head. Aroma is wood, vinegar, slight cherry. Taste is sweet and rounded. Sourness is light. It is not too acidic. Nice woody notes.

Thnx to Koen ! Pours unclear, warm amber. Smell is oaky, fleshy, mild oxidation. Tad tart. Taste is sharp, intense, tartness ( mildly acetic, in a good way ) Oaky, tad fleshy. Not as oxidized as the scent.
